Bad news came to the England national team after playing the first matchday in the preliminary round of Group D EURO 2020 against Croatia on Saturday (12/6/2021) local time or Sunday morning WIB.
The England squad had to lose their back-up goalkeeper, Dean Henderson, due to injury.
Reported by BolaSport.com from the official website of the England squad, England Football, Henderson suffered a hip injury.
Henderson will soon be sent home by England to Old Trafford to undergo examination and treatment from Manchester United.

The goalkeeper, who is said to be David de Gea’s rival at Manchester United, will certainly not be able to participate in EURO 2020 again.
Thus, Henderson also failed to make his debut with the England national team in international competitive events.
Henderson has only played once for the England national team in a friendly against Ireland on 12 November 2020.
