BOLASPORT.COM – Persib Bandung coach, Robert Rene Alberts, revealed the reasons for not bringing in foreign players who have played in the country.

For three seasons coaching Persib, the Dutch coach tends to look for foreign players who have never played in the Indonesian competition.

Those who were brought in by Robert included Nick Kuipers, Omid Nazari, Kevin van Kippersluis, Wander Luiz, Geoffrey Castillion, and Farshad Noor.

The players above are newcomers who don’t even really understand Indonesian football.

The last name became the last foreign player who was almost recruited to fill the Asian player slot replacing Omid Nazari.

Unfortunately, Farshad’s career at Persib only lasted a lifetime.

He was expelled because his playing style did not match the team’s needs after playing the 2021 Menpora Cup.
