Mauro De Filippis in the group of the best of the qualifications of the trap – OA Sport

The agenda of the fourth stage of the 2021 Clay Shooting World Cup continues without interruption Osijek and as scheduled today it was the turn of the first round of the men’s trap qualifiers. Let’s go and see how things went for Mauro De Filippis and associates, but not only.

The ranking is currently led by Russian Alexey Alipov, first with 75/75, with a thick group of shooters at an altitude of 74/75 chasing him, including fellow countryman Gennadii Mamkin, Pakistani Muhammad Farrukh Nadeem, British Nathan Hales and Steven Scott, Frenchman Antonin Desert and Czech David Kostelecky.

At 73/75 we find both Mauro De Filippis (23-25-25) and Massimo Fabbrizi (24-25-24): the blues are, too, in tussle with another very thick set of shooters and only tomorrow, in the second qualifying round, which will then precede the start of the final (scheduled for 5.45 pm), they will find out in which position they will settle.

Almost identical fate for the third Italian in competition: that Erminio Frasca who, with the crumbling of 70 of the 75 targets available, currently occupies the 42nd square.
