The sessions take place in three parts: a warm-up, exercises and a return to calm. Classes take place at the Vic-le-Comte judo hall (chemin du Puy-Blanc) on Mondays, from 3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m., Wednesday, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
