Born on January 25, 1957 in Cali, Barragán was a member of the Colombian National Team, working alongside Carlos Bilardo, Francisco Maturana and Luis Augusto García and in clubs such as Deportivo Cali, Atlético Nacional, Real Valladolid, América de Cali, Atlético de Madrid, Millonarios and Sporting Cristal. As a starter he was in clubs in Uruguay, Ecuador, Venezuela and Peru.
His work in physical preparation are impeccable and those who shared with him, in addition to his knowledge, highlight the enormous group management. He will be in the first team with Juan Mauricio Roldán and David Zuleta.
