From Wednesday June 16, the Dojo du Porzay-Nevet offers, free of charge, to children who have resumed the practice of judo and / or that of taïso (physical exercises), to introduce this Marian art to a friend or loved one, by inviting them to come and learn about the practice of these sporting activities. The process is simple, you just have to fill in the registration documents (no payment), available on the club’s website: www.dojoduporzay.fr. The organizers ask the young people to equip themselves with sports clothes, a water bottle and hydroalcoholic gel. You will also need to wear a mask in accordance with current health regulations. Access to the changing rooms will not be authorized.

This offer is valid until July 16. Free federal license and insurance included. Classes will take place on Wednesdays, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. (6-8 years old), and from 5.15 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. (8 years and over). For information, Saturdays and Sundays are only reserved for students preparing for judo exams.
