After eliminating his former team in the Novo Basquete quarterfinals, Luciano Parodi will return to Franca next season.
According to the Brazilian journalist Enéas Lima, the Uruguayan point guard will play again for the São Paulo team, to reach his fourth consecutive season in Brazilian basketball.
Luciano comes from averaging 11.4 points, 3 rebounds and 4.7 assists last season, where he was eliminated against Sao Paulo in the semifinals.
After having left Franca on the way in that tournament, Parodi will return to the club with which he knew how to be champion of the Paulista Tournament and Super 8. In the NBB he had reached the quarterfinals, which he could not play due to the cancellation of the contest for COVID-19. Until the suspension, the Uruguayan had averaged 10.5 points, 3.1 rebounds and 4 assists.
There will be revenge for Luciano, in a team that bets hard, with which he will seek to reach his first league in the neighboring country.
