Andre Drummond leaving? A big one is positioned!

After a few months in California, Andre Drummond could already leave the Lakers this summer. His future remains quite uncertain, but he should have no trouble finding a franchise. To the east, a cador is positioned on the backrest.

Not necessarily very convincing this season, Andre Drummond could have a rather hectic summer. The pivot hoped for success at the Lakers, but his first campaign ended in a bitter failure: an elimination in the first round of the playoffs, all without even playing a single minute in the last game of the series.

And Frank Vogel had been clear when discussing the future of his player, his actions go in another direction. If the fans noticed it, so did Drummond, who did not come to the City of Angels to shine the bench and play about 20 minutes per game.

For a few weeks, we have the right to many rumors about the Laker. His future could be with the Angelinos, but we imagine that it will require certain conditions. Drummond is in a strong position, he who will be free to sign where he sees fit, and interest should not be lacking once on the market.

Proof of this is, journalist Ethan Skolnick recently spoke about Drummond’s future, all on the podcast Five One The Floor. One thing to remember? The Heat closely follows the former Pistons:

Andre Drummond is still on the Heat’s radar.

No more information for the moment, but we imagine that Miami is looking for a luxury lining in Bam Adebayo, who is already doing miracles in the opposing racket. Drummond has another profile, which could be ideal with the 2020 All-Star.

Not so surprising news, as Pat Riley had already shown interest in Drummond this year, before he decided to join another title contender. With 11.9 points and 10.2 rebounds, “DD” can always help, but a starter position seems more and more compromised.

If Andre Drummond decides to leave the Lakers, we must believe that the Heat will not be very far in order to show interest. The Florida franchise is looking for reinforcement for its racquet, and this is arguably not the only move planned.
