It was a special night for Federico Bernardeschi who, for the first time, wore the captain’s armband of the national team in the 7-0 victory against San Marino.
In all, ninety minutes on the pitch with a goal and two assists for the Juventus winger: “I’ve always had fun in the national team and when it happens the qualities come out, here they make me risk the bet – Bernardeschi explained to Rai – I thank Mancini because he has always given me confidence, he has always made me play where I am best“.
Bernardeschi also spoke about the strength of the blue group: “The quality is very high, when there are so many guys like this it is not easy for the coach.
