Briton Max Mosley, president of the International Automobile Federation from 1993 to 2009, died on Monday at the age of 81. During four terms at the head of the FIA, he was a key figure in motorsport and Formula 1, in particular through the duo he formed with Bernie Ecclestone, the great financier of F1.
