Training on the Legnano Baseball and Softball field has resumed. The company, as soon as the green light from CONI communicated by FIBS arrived, managed to organize itself for sessions in conditions of maximum security.
The preparation, which began online with individual and group sessions under the supervision of the technical staff, has therefore been going on for more than a week at the Peppino Colombo stadium.
The girls on Monday play a purely athletic session, on Thursday they dedicate themselves to physical conditioning while the days of Saturday or Sunday are those of technique.
This program will continue until March 5th. The next day the girls will train in the morning before a 7-round test match with Milan in Legnano with alternating batteries.
