They will catch up on basketball rules

The Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports (FCFD) of the highest house of studies of the Benito Juárez Autonomous University of Oaxaca (UABJO), keeps its registrations open for what will be the Online Workshop Course “Basketball Rules, their Understanding and Application ”, On February 12 and 13.

The coordinators of the activity announced that the presentation will be given by Professor Rafael Gómez Arango, an experienced local referee with extensive experience.

Based on the call, the Course is aimed at sports coaches, physical educators, players, referees and people interested in knowing the basketball regulations.

The Workshop is supported by the Body of Basketball Referees and Scorers of the State of Oaxaca, and its goal is to provide regulatory knowledge in basketball matches, in order to apply them properly by learning the theoretical and practical bases.

Registration is open and can be made with the DCFD, they have a cost of 500 pesos for students and for the general public the fee is 700 pesos.

The duration of the event is 15 hours, which will be distributed as follows: February 12 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and February 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., as well as four hours late to nine at night.

Due to the health contingency due to Covid-19, all training will be carried out virtually, respecting the social distancing measures for the health contingency.

With this training, the School of Physical Culture and Sports will officially launch its school year, after a year in which it has been in charge of offering different virtual events due to the pandemic.

Finally, the Faculty of the entity’s highest house of studies, announced that this year they have different certifications planned, so they invited the sports community to be attentive to what is coming next year.
