The Martinique Judo League offers a sporty and friendly morning

The Martinique Judo League offers a sporting and friendly morning on the theme of health judo, organized by the women’s committee, for women.

Sunday January 31, 2021 from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

This will take place outdoors in accordance with sanitary instructions, in Macabou in Vauclin. Meet at 7.15am in the parking lot at Petit Macabou beach in Vauclin.

Programme

• Walk (Macabou – Beauchêne Loop)
• Taiso / Stretches
• a snack will be offered at the end of the event

This action is open to all license holders from the age of 12.

Supervision will be provided by qualified instructors. Come with a sports outfit (t-shirt in your club colors), a cap, good shoes for walking and a swimsuit. Remember to take a backpack with a towel and water, hydroalcoholic gel, a mask.
