Chris Graham, Editor in Chief of Augusta’s free pressThe award-winning journalist and publisher is celebrating its 25th anniversary in journalism in 2020.
Chris is the author and co-author of seven books Team of Destiny: As part of the Virginia Basketball Run at the 2019 National Championship, published in 2019 and co-author of a book on the history of basketball at the University of Virginia, Crazy about U: four decades of basketball in the university hallwhich was released in 2006.
Chris is a sports broadcaster with experience as a play-by-play analyst for men and colors on ESPN3 and ESPN + varsity baseball, college football, college wrestling, and women’s water polo shows.
In spring 2021, Chris will be the play-by-play voice of VMI football radio broadcasts, marking his fifth season as the channel for Keydets radio broadcasts.
He is a member of the Football Writers Association of America, the US Basketball Writers Association, and the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association.
From 2009 to 2014, Chris was the play-by-play voice of the Waynesboro Generals, a participating team in the Valley Baseball League, a premier college summer baseball league affiliated with Major League Baseball and the NCAA.
The former co-host of ACC Nation, a syndicated radio show that ran for four years and ended in 2007, and a regular guest host of WMRA Virginia insight, Chris is currently a contributor Die Mark Moses Show am 95.9-The Fan in Melbourne, Florida.
Chris was also a member of the creative team and on-air television commentator for Great wrestling entertainment on AWE Night of legends Live pay-per-view event in 2011.
Chris wrote a book about this experience, Worst wrestling pay per view everwhich was released in 2018.
He is also the former co-host of Perspectives on WVPT, a weekly news television show that aired from 2016 to 2017.
