Badminton Gong Hee-young and other awards… Jeonbuk Sports Association’On the Way Awards’
The Jeonbuk-do Sports Association announced on the 4th that it selected 85 athletes and leaders who made the provincial sports field shine last year as the winners of the 2020 Jeonbuk Sports Awards.
The physical education award is divided into eight categories, including the physical education award, the professional sports award, the life sports award, and the school sports award.
The Athletic Awards went back to the Muju County Office Biathlon Squad, which received medals from national competitions including the National Winter Sports Competition.
The Professional Sports Awards were awarded by five people, including Gong Hee-young of Jeonbuk Bank, who showed off his skills in various competitions such as the ‘2020 National Unemployment Badminton Championship’.
Thirteen people, including Kim Shin-ja, director of the Jeonbuk Volleyball Association, were honored to be selected as the winners in the sports field.
Eight people, including Choi Myung-jin, from Erie Elementary School, called the’Shindong on Track’, took the school sports award.
In addition, special commendations were delivered to sports venues in 14 cities and counties in the province who worked hard to develop and promote sports.
In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection (Corona 19), the Jeonbuk Sports Association canceled the official awards ceremony and personally visited each winner and delivered the listing.
Jeonbuk Sports Council Chairman Jeong Gang-seon said, “I would like to express my congratulations and thanks to all sportsmen including the winners of the Jeonbuk Sports Awards.”
