Health protocol in force

for the JUDO activity

Our activity is maintained for minors provided that we scrupulously respect the health recommendations in force.

Club organization:

– A detailed attendance register is kept in order to allow the follow-up of the cohort of practitioners.

– A period of beating between the sessions is planned to avoid crossing groups.

– Particular vigilance is brought to the daily ventilation and disinfection of the dojo and the practice areas.

– A non-contact thermometer is provided to allow the temperature control of the judokas and the team if they show symptoms.

– The equipment used personally by a practitioner will be subject to disinfection after use

– The management of contact cases is carried out in strict compliance with the rules of common law and the recommendations of the ARS concerned. It is not up to the club to determine what to do if a positive case is identified, nor to inform other people on its own. initiative.

Health recommendations to be taken by practitioners

Before going to the dojo :

– I have good general health.

– If I have had COVID-19, or symptoms suggesting a COVID-19 infection (fever, cold, cough, chest pain, fatigue, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, etc.), I must first consult a doctor before my recovery.

– Having showered, washed your hair, your hands clean and your nails properly cut. Wear a clean judogi.

The toilets are not accessible, which is why each practitioner must have his bottle of water and have been to the toilet at home before the session.

– Take a bag inside which must appear his judogi, disposable handkerchiefs with a pocket to isolate them after use, his hydro-alcoholic lotion, his “zoori” and his gourd.

During the session :

– Hand washing at the entrance to the dojo.

– Wearing a mask is compulsory for all people over 6 years old in the dojo (outside of physical activity times), including for the teacher while he is teaching.

– Respect the Covid-19 barrier gestures: cough or sneeze into your elbow or into a handkerchief, use disposable tissues, greet without shaking hands, wash your hands regularly, prohibit any exchange of personal equipment: clothes, judogi , gourds …

– A circulation route is organized in order to limit as much as possible the crossings between people and meeting points: arrival of judokas by the usual entrance, exit of practitioners by opening the windows of the dojo.

– The use of collective changing rooms remains prohibited until further notice. The children therefore leave their belongings at the edge of the carpet away from the belongings of other practitioners.

– At each entry on the tatami, the practitioner takes off his mask, puts it away with his other personal effects in his bag, washes his hands and feet using hydro-alcoholic gel.

– At each exit from the tatami, the practitioner puts on his mask, washes his hands and feet with hydro-alcoholic gel.

– The salute is performed in a traditional way but with a physical distance of at least one meter between the practitioners (in line or staggered).

– The session can take place according to different forms of work by prohibiting the contact phases.

– The teacher proposes specific educational adaptations to the vigilance situation (practice without contact between the practitioners).

For accompanying persons:

Ø Adults and children 6 years and older must wear a mask in and near the dojo.

Ø Accompanying persons are not allowed to enter the dojo unless there is a compelling reason (especially for younger children).

Return home:

– After each session, the practitioner will take care to wash his judogi and his personal effects (zoori, gourd, etc …)

– The practitioner will make sure to restock his sanitary kit (hydro-alcoholic gel, handkerchiefs, mask)
