Great accuracy for Porziņģis and 27 points in victory against Saboni and “Pacers”

The Mavericks defeated the Indian Pacers with a score of 124: 112 (37:28, 28:35, 28:29, 31:20) in Indianapolis.

Porziņģis spent 32 minutes and 24 seconds in this match on the court, during which he made 11 of 12 two-point shots, one of three long shots and both free throws. In his fifth match of the season, Liepājnieks demonstrated the most productive and convincing performance so far this season.

He also won 13 rebounds, made four assists, blocked one throw and broke the rules twice. “Mavericks” with Porziņģis threw six points more than allowed into the square.

Porziņģis was the most productive in the “Mavericks” team, Trejs Bērks scored 22 points, Tim Harvardej junior and Jane Branson added 19 points, but Lukas Dončič had 13 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists.

In the “Pacers” team, the most productive player was Malcolm Brogdon with 26 points, but the Lithuanian Domants Sabonis scored 25 points and won ten balls under the baskets.

Porziņģis and the team had a successful start to the game and, using the opponent’s carelessness in defense, the Latvian scored several points from the bottom of the basket after Dončič’s passes. In the first six minutes of the game, Porziņģis scored ten points before the substitution, but the Mavericks were in the lead with 18:13.

In the second minute of the second quarter, the Latvian basketball player scored with a three-point move (42:34), but the Mavericks won the half with 65:63. Porziņģis also had a productive start to the second half, in which he scored nine points in less than two minutes with two “alley-oop” balls in the basket from above, an accurate long shot and a short-range broadcast, and 76:72 from 67:70.

At the end of the third quarter, another three-point move allowed the Latvian to reach 91:91, but at the beginning of the fifth minute of the fourth quarter, he repeatedly corrected the teammate’s shot and increased the visitors’ lead (108: 100). After the Mavericks took over at the start of the quarter, the next match cut was in the lead and celebrated the victory.

The Mavericks ranked ninth in the Western Conference with seven wins in 14 games, while the Pacers are fourth in the East with eight successes in 14 battles.

On Friday, the Dalasians will visit the San Antonio “Spurs”, but then return home to play against Rodion Kuruc’s Houston Rockets and Denver’s Nuggets.

In another game, Latvian basketball player Rodions Kurucs remained on the reserve bench game, in which the Houston “Rockets” team he represented lost.

The Rockets conceded to the Phoenix Dog team on their field with a score of 103: 109 (23:30, 28:33, 31:26, 21:20), suffering a third loss in a row.

Kurucs joined Brooks from Brooklyn from Brooklyn last week in the new season’s most impressive deal to date, involving NBA superstar James Harden. On Saturday, he made his debut in the “Rockets” team with two points and by far the best usefulness, but in the next two fights, Cēsis has not gone on the field.

In the match in the “Rockets” team on Wednesday, Viktors Oladipo and Ēriks Gordons scored 22 points each, but Kristian Wood had 20 points and 11 rebounds.

Deander Eiton stood out in the “Dog” team with 26 points and 17 rebounds, while Devin Bucker scored 24 points.

The Rockets, with four wins in 13 games at the Western Conference, are 14th, while the Dog is fourth with 13 successes in 13 battles.

The Houston team will go on a field trip and meet with the Detroit Pistons and the Dallas Mavericks, represented by Kristaps Porziņģis, over the weekend.
