Exercises to help

Excessive jumping during exercise and bending the knee to receive the front cheek can put a lot of stress on the quadriceps (thighs) muscles. Such repeated stress can lead to inflammation of the quadriceps muscle and structural problems of soft tissues. Let’s see what can be done to prevent this.

● Quadriceps stretching

① Hold your ankle back.

① Lay down while looking at the sky comfortably.

② Repeat with your legs straight up and down.

③ Be careful not to lift the pelvis.

Quadriceps sprains are caused by stress build-up before the muscles recover, so getting plenty of rest is best.
