Dhe Austrian ski jumper Eva Pinkelnig fell badly during training and had to undergo emergency surgery. The 32-year-old suffered a ruptured spleen as a result of her fall on Wednesday in Seefeld in Tyrol. The emergency operation took place in the university clinic in Innsbruck, as the Austrian Ski Association (ÖSV) announced on Thursday.
