KOMPAS.com – The young star of Indonesian football, Amiruddin Bagus Kahfi Al-Fikri, still did not expect himself to play in Europe.
Bagus Kahfi is confirmed to have a career in Europe after Barito Putera officially released him for free or free to the Dutch team, FC Utrecht, in early December 2020.
Bagus Kahfi, who is still in Indonesia, is expected to leave for the Netherlands in early 2021 after all the transfer files are completed.
At FC Utrecht, Bagus Kahfi was awarded a contract for 18 months until 2022.
Bagus Kahfi will later join the FC Utrecht youth team which is now playing in the second caste of the Dutch League, Jong Utrecht.

Responding to this fact, Bagus Kahfi admitted that he still did not expect that he would continue his career in Europe at a young age.
“Surely God knows the way of each of his servants. If you remember, I was just a child playing football happily,” said Bagus Kahfi, quoted from the Warta Kota website.
“As a child, after playing football, I was often scolded, because I came home late at dusk or with dirty clothes,” added Bagus Kahfi.
“FC Utrecht is my focus at the moment. I want to fight there and prove myself,” said the player from Magelang, Central Java.
After being confirmed to join FC Utrecht, Bagus Kahfi immediately set the latest target.

Bagus Kahfi hopes that one day he can play for the English giants, Manchester United, who are his idol team.
Bagus Kahfi is optimistic that he can make that dream come true because he already knows the quality and standards of young players in England.
This knowledge was acquired by Bagus Kahfi after attending a training camp in England with Garuda Select in the last two years.
“Playing at Man United is my biggest dream. I idolized Man United when they won the Champions League in 2008,” said Bagus Kahfi.
“I know it is not easy to realize that dream. However, I will fight to make it happen,” said Bagus Kahfi.

Amiruddin Bagus Kahfi’s name began to be known to the Indonesian football public after becoming the top score for the 2018 edition of the AFF U16 Cup.
Bagus Kahfi in the tournament performed brilliantly with a collection of 12 goals from seven matches.
