NFL: Miami Dolphins take on Las Vegas Raiders on RDS2

RDS2 and RDS Direct present the Dolphins-Raiders duel at 8 p.m. on Saturday evening.

Pre-match

The Miami Dolphins can more than ever dream of a playoff appearance, and a Saturday night win over the Las Vegas Raiders would put them even closer to the goal.

Miami have won eight of their last games to post a 9-5 cumulative record. Brian Flores’ roster is sure to finish with their first winning record since 2008.

The performance of the Dolphins’ defensive unit largely explains the team’s results; after 16 games, she allowed only 16 touchdowns by air, after finishing last in 2019, with a total of 39. She also finished in 32nd place with 30.9 points conceded by meet.

As for the Raiders, they have lost four of their last five games, who at one point were in a very good position with a stellar 6-3 record. A loss to the Dolphins or a victory for the Baltimore Ravens would mean Vegas is left off the post-season schedule.

After he left in the first quarter ten days ago against the Los Angeles Chargers, it looks like quarterback Derek Carr will be ready to return to the lineup.

Carr was injured in the groin and gave way to Marcus Mariota in a 30-27 overtime loss for the Raiders.
