In a defeat at home against leader Napoli (start: 9 p.m.), the Alkmaarders may have already been eliminated for an extension of the European adventure when in the other group match number 2 Real Sociedad beats the still scoreless HNK Rijeka. AZ previously won 1-0 in Naples.

PSV starts the away game against leader Granada (10 points) at 9 p.m. The Eindhoven team is second in group E with 6 points. PSV lost the home game 2-1.
