The 2021 season comes with changes on and off the court. For example you will have a new body in the world of tennis.
The hitherto TIU, Tennis Integrity Unit, that pursued inappropriate behavior related to party corruption, will be replaced by the ITIA, International Tennis Integrity Agency, composed of ATP, ITF, WTA, Grand Slams and five independent members.
The motto of this association will be “Tennis You Can Trust” (Tennis You Can Trust) and its main objective will be to safeguard the integrity of professional tennis on the World Tennis Tour, the latter two being the hardest hit by sports betting, given the low prize pool, for which tennis players choose to dabble in this practice, in order to obtain financial gains.
