Sports Drafting, Dec 13 (EFE) .- Americans Harris English and Matt Kuchar won this Sunday for the third time, with a total of 37 under par, the QBE Shootout tournament, a PGA Tour team tournament played since Friday at the club Nalpes shark (Florida (USA).

English and Kuchar, who previously won this tournament in 2013 and 2016 when it was called the Franklin Templeton Shootout, prevailed with three rounds of 58, 61 and 60 shots.

They beat the pair formed by the Slovakian born in South Africa Rory Sabbatini and the American Kevin Tway – who defended the title – and the one integrated by the American Lanto Griffin and the Canadian Mackenzie Hughes, who shared the second place.

Mexican Abraham Ancer and American Matthew Wolff finished eleventh with -21 in total (62 + 69 + 64), one place ahead of the duo formed by Colombian Sebastián Muñoz and Chilean Joaquín Niemann (-18 and 61 + 69 + 68).

The tournament, which is hosted by legendary Australian ex-golf player Greg Norman (nicknamed ‘Jaws’), is played in pairs over three days with three formaros for each day (scramble, greensomes and fourball).
