Centauros de Chihuahua already has a new coach

Chihuahua.- The Centauros de Chihuahua Basketball Club, which participates in the State League, announced that the new coach of the “Northern Division” will be Felipe Sánchez de Hoyos, who is currently part of the coaching staff of the Mexican Basketball Team.

The board of directors headed by Martín Galindo Navarro was in charge of finalizing the negotiation with the new coach.

Sánchez knows in detail the format of the State Basketball League as he directed the Saucillo Vaqueros in the 2020 campaign, placing the team in fifth place overall, reaching the playoff.

In the same way, he is part of the champion team Fuerza Regia within the National Professional Basketball League (LNBP), which in recent days won the title against Aguacateros de Michoacán. Felipe was a founding player of the Monterrey team in 2001 and the only one to remain current with that organization.

The Centauros de Chihuahua Club will be seven years old next year since its creation in 2015 and it will be in the following days when the coaching staff reports
