Xbox exclusive ‘Football Manager 2021’ to arrive in December

Sports Interactive announced in September that Football Manager would be returning to Xbox consoles for the first time in more than a decade in December, and we now have an official date of December 1st.

Football Manager 2021: Xbox Edition will be based on the Football Manager Touch experience – a simplified version of the classic desktop, carefully redesigned for optimal performance with the Xbox controller.

This custom user interface is also complemented by new features for the PC version of the game, such as an enhanced game day experience, additional statistics and analysis tools and spectacular trophy celebrations and post-game hype. You can also play Online Career Mode, Fantasy Draft and Versus Mode with friends.

Football Manager 2021: Xbox Edition will run in native 4K on Xbox Series X and enhanced 4K on Xbox Series S and Xbox One X | S, with Xbox Series X consoles | Next-generation S also benefiting from the ability to select more playable nations, see highlights from league opponents and receive more detailed and valuable statistics.

In addition, the game benefits from Smart Delivery, allowing you to purchase a version for all Xbox consoles. It also supports Play Anywhere, allowing you to load your saved file between FM Xbox for console and FM Xbox for PC.

Based on Football Manager Touch, the FM21 Xbox is fully optimized for victory with the Xbox Controller on the Xbox Series X | S and Xbox One.
