Wout van Aert adds Superprestige cross in Boom to his program | Super prestige

The cyclocross program for next winter will be a bit tougher again, because he has decided to also give an appearance in Boom on December 6. A week earlier, he dives into the field for the first time in Kortrijk.

Until now, Wout van Aert only had a match in the X²O trophy on his program outside the Belgian Championship and World Championship. There is now also a race from the Superprestige with Boom.

Van Aert has already won the Niels Albert cross twice: in 2016, when it was still a separate cross, and in 2017, when it was part of the Superprestige for the first time.

We may not get a duel with Mathieu van der Poel in Boom. In principle, the reigning cyclocross world champion only makes his entrance in the field a week later, in Antwerp.
