Between Friday 6 and Sunday 8 November, the Jeep Cup Golf Tournament was held
at the Uruguay Golf Club. It is the ninth consecutive year that Sevel is a sponsor
of this event, which, except this time and due to the pandemic, is the Tournament that
marks the season opener at the Punta Carretas club.
The championship was developed in the modality 36 holes and 18 holes singles medal play with
handicap, in all game categories: Ladies, Gentlemen, Youth, Senior, Pre-Senior and Super Senior.
All players received a free set of 3 Titleist PRO V1 balls with logo
Jeep.
Around noon on Wednesday 11, the awards ceremony was held for the winners in
the different categories, which, thanks to the weather permitting, was held in the Hole
1, thus being able to enjoy the wonderful view of the golf course.
During the awards ceremony, golfers, club managers and
representatives of Sevel. On this occasion and in recognition of the support provided during
9 consecutive years, the Club delivered for Sevel Directors of pictures
personalized with aerial images of the Club.
To end the meeting, a raffle of various articles was made among the participants of the
tournament.
