Competition organized in Alhaurín de la Torre in a totally safe way with all security measures and with great success.
On the one hand, the competition for the base of badminton returned with a provincial level competition at the Carranque facilities in Malaga, where six players from our club attended, who did very well on their return to the competition, and among the We will highlight Rocío García, who won the competition with full victories and without losing a single set.
And this Saturday the Andalusia Trophy was organized in Alhaurín de la Torre, valid for the ranking of Championships of Andalusia and Spain, where Andalusian players attended in the sub-11 and absolute categories, with great security measures such as entry not allowed for the public or companions, the distance between the playing courts, separate entrances and exits, different schedules and many more measures that made the event a safe activity for all participants. We want to thank all the sponsors and collaborators who made the event a success and who with their help once again made the local club a host that visitors could value.
On the sporting level, the most outstanding results of our club came with two third places in the absolute category and one in the sub-11:
- 3rd doubles sub-11: Noelia García / María Hinojosa (CB Volante Rute)
- 3rd overall mixed doubles: Juliana Waeyenbergh / Salvador Rojas
- 3rd overall female doubles: Alejandra Argüelles / Vivian Recio
