Preview

Gennaro Gattuso will compete cleverly with his former teammate, Daniele Bonera, after AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli and his assistant coach contracted the corona virus so they could not accompany the team to the San Paolo.

The Partenopei have the upper hand if they look at the last 11 games against Milan, they have never lost and won six in between.

However, the Rossoneri should not be underestimated either as their away games have a very positive record.

Pioli’s side have not lost away from home in the last 14 games in all competitions, won nine and the last time the Rossoneri had a better streak than that, was in 2004 with Carlo Ancelotti leading the team to a 15-game winless streak.

Victory is a mandatory game for both teams, Napoli will try to match the points for the visitors and push to the top, while Milan try to keep their distance from their rivals.

Currently, Milan are only one point ahead of Juventus, who had just won over Cagliari.

Prediction: Napoli 1-1 AC Milan
