Daniel James promises United
Daniel James has vowed to stay with Manchester United and fight for his place after a difficult time at Old Trafford.
After a dream start to his United career last year, after signing with Swansea for an initial fee of £ 15million, James struggled and dropped out of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first team.
He has even been linked to a United exit, with Leeds and Everton being touted for a possible transfer, though MEN Sport understands that it was never an option in this year’s summer transfer window.
He said that BBC Sports when asked about the service in Wales:
“I wouldn’t say it’s a release.
“Man United is my club and I love it there. Whether I play or not, I’m proud, as proud as I am, to play for Wales.
“There are obviously times when I played a lot last season. I may not have played that much this season, but I stay there and always in and around him.
“I feel very good at the moment. When I play, I give everything. I bought my way into everything we wanted to do and luckily I met that goal and helped. “
