Review of the last night

Well, that didn’t quite go according to plan, did it? For me and for many others, this Tuesday evening was marked by Bavaria’s attack pieces – mainly Robert Lewandowski (12.0 m) – non-delivery.

Joshua Kimmich (6.5 m) could still get 10 points with his long shot and seems to be a must before the games against RB Salzburg. The Austrian champions looked fragile defensively in their game against Atlético Madrid last night Joao Felix (9.0 m) class with a bracket that could easily have been a spectacular hat trick.

After his 13-point stretch from the first matchday with two goals Tobacco zapata (9.5 m) has established itself as Atalanta’s greatest offensive threat before the double header against Liverpool. Your much discussed wing-back pairing of Hans Hateboer (5.0 m) and Robin Gosens (5.5 m) have so far disappointed without any attack returns.

The captain for their opponent Ajax was 19 years old Lassina Traore (5.0 m), who has had six goals and four assists since Saturday. At 5.0 m he could prove to be a decisive pioneer for his team’s games against Midtjylland on the 3rd and 4th matchday.

The other duel in Group D meant that Liverpool occupied their normal top three spots for most of the game, scoring a perhaps undeserved win against Midtjylland in the process Mohamed Salah (11.5 m) shows his scoring class to win and score a penalty after falling off the bench.

Real Madrid grabbed the first point of the season as a late goal from the jaws of defeat and assisted by Casemiro (6.0 m) canceled Marcus Thuram‘s (8.5 m) bracket. Casemiro has proven that he will always get points at a reasonable cost by accumulating nine more ball restorations to increase his 15 from last time.

Shakhtar Donetsk and Inter Milan played a boring tie in Ukraine, undoing the dazzling attack that tore Real Madrid apart Romelu Lukaku (11.0 m) and Lautaro Martinez (10.5 m) cannot get into the gates.

Manchester City signaled a return to form with a great 3-0 win in Marseille Kevin De Bruyne (11.5 m) and Raheem Sterling (10.5 m) both a goal and a template. Olympiacos, City’s opponents for the next few rounds, showed their defense could be hurt by a 2-0 defeat by Porto.

captain

Does ‘Lewandowski – 4’ ring any bells? Congratulations to those who have led players under the net, but for 99% of us who have put their trust in a man with 10 goals in four league games, we must now look for a replacement.

Paris Saint-Germain Kylian Mbappe (11.0 m) and Neymar (11.5 m) are obvious candidates for their trip to Istanbul Basaksehir. PSG seem to be doing better in the Champions League and Mbappe in particular is bringing great form to this game tonight as my favorite pick for the captain. Erling Haaland (11.0 m) at home at Zenit is another attractive option.

After those three, Dynamo Kyiv Victor Tsygankov (7.5 m) is a player of international quality and should be involved in Kiev’s game against the Hungarian Minnows Ferencvaros.

Chelsea are expected to spin hard for their visit to a COVID and an injured Krasnodar, but if so Timo Werner (10.5 m) or Christian Pulisic (9.0 m) start, expect them to be among the targets.

Substitutions

I can imagine most of them having to make some substitutions after last night. So try to attract players from PSG, Dortmund, Chelsea, Sevilla and Dynamo Kyiv with their friendly fixtures.

Club Bruges like cheap stars Charles de Ketelaere (4.5m) could have a field day at home for a team from Lazio who seem to have been badly hit by COVID at the last minute so I would try to win them.

Juventus v Barcelona is likely to be a close match between two teams still fighting for their identities but if anyone is going to be involved, expect it Lionel Messi (12.0 m) and Alvaro Morata (9.0 m).

As always, four points or less is a safe limit for players to cut. five if you have particularly strong options for getting off the bank.

Good luck everyone!
