The spectacular shirts that four Liga MX teams will wear to celebrate the Day of the Dead

The Day of the All Souls and All Saints (November 1 and 2), better known as “Day of the Dead”Is the most iconic celebration in the country, in addition to being valued worldwide.

Those days, the Mexicans invite to their homes to loved ones who have already passed away, through the mystics Offerings, with the purpose of honor and “feed” them for his long way to “the afterlife”. A tradition so ingrained that this year the clubs of the Liga MX they wanted to be part of it.

Proof of this is that in recent days teams like Atlas, Pachuca, Xolos and Santos presented in social networks his new clothes special edition of this mortuary season, which they will wear in their next meetings; Although Tijuana already premiered it on October 21, when he faced Rayados de Monterrey in the first match of the MX Cup.

Charly Soccer, a Mexican company that develops the t-shirts of these squads was in charge of bringing these t-shirts “to life”, which were inspired by the most iconic elements of the date.

Xolos from Tijuana

Xolos’ third jersey is painted Red, a color that usually acts as a starter, but this year was relegated in favor of black. It features a stylized graphic that is inspired by Xólotl (guide of the dead to the underworld) and Mictlantecuhtli (god of the underworld), in which a big skull to the front within which there are several references to the club.

Touches of black adorn the neckline and sleeves, while the shield is applied in its official colors along with white sponsor logos.

The name of the club adorns the lower back, with a Xolo face present inside the neck.

Tuzos del Pachuca

For the squad of the “beautiful airy” they were chosen orange and black, a combination that they have already known how to carry in the past, in particular during the season in which they won the South American Cup 2006, in front of the Colo-Colo de Chule.

It has a graph of cempasuchil flowers, which are used as decoration in popular offerings, because its aroma is considered to guide the deceased.

The sleeves are painted black, matching the neckline. The Pachuca shield preserves its official colors, while an engraving with the Monumental Clock from the historic center of the city decorates the lower area.

Santos Laguna

In the case of “Los Guerreros” we see a t-shirt that combines various shades of verde with a dominant graphic that is inspired by the confetti which is also used in decorations, housing the shield and its “S” characteristic.

The club’s emblem is applied in its new official colors, while Charly’s sponsors and branding are in white. Dark piping decorates the cuffs and lower back, where the hashtag #ModoGuerrero is also seen.

The club’s “S” is also carved on the right side of the shirt, while the slogan “Win ​​Serving” and the “Guerrero DNA” logo decorate the inside of the collar.

Atlas Foxes

The new jersey is not your traditional red and black combination, but Grey as a base color, adding a weave of lines and the iconic sugar skulls that are used in offerings in commemoration of the deceased.

The graphic occupies the entire surface of the shirt, combining with some bright black and the sponsor logos painted in white.

The club’s crest is applied in its official colors, while a fox face is engraved in the lower area. The hashtag #LateConFuria decorates the lower back, and the slogan “Winning Serving” sits inside the neck

It is worth mentioning that these jersey are already available in the official stores of each club and its price varies between 999 weights the boy’s shirt, 1,199 the lady and in 1,399 weights the men’s shirt.

However, the design has yet to be submitted by the White Roosters of Querétaro, who also wear this brand, which could happen in the next few hours.

During the matchday 15 of the tournament Opening 2020, Atlas will play this Saturday against the Águilas del America, at 9:00 p.m. (central Mexico); on Sunday Xolos against him Toluca, at 12:00 hours, and Santos with the Athletic of San Luis, at 5:00 p.m.; while on Monday Pachuca will be measured against Pumas, at 9:00 p.m.
