Argentine Diego Schwartzman reached his third final of the 2020 season, after beating Canadian Félix Auger-Aliassime 6-4, 5-7 and 6-4 in one of the semis of the ATP 250 in Cologne, Germany, which started the European tour on fast surface and indoors.

The Buenos Aires tennis player will look for his first title of the year this Sunday, not before 14:30 in Argentina, when he faces the top favorite of the tournament and seventh in the world ranking, German Alexander Zverev.

In his reappearance on the circuit after reaching the Roland Garros semifinals, Schwartzman debuted his top ten status and settled in the definition of the German tournament, where he arrived as second seeded.
