LeBron James is the man in the NBA right now. The King is one victory away from obtaining what he went looking for Los angeles lakers and to become the third player (along with Danny Green) in history to win an NBA championship with three different franchises. The others? Robert Horry y John Salley.
Although James’ numbers and records speak for themselves, there are still those who put him on the same level as contemporary players. This is exactly what the journalist from ESPN, Stephen A. Smith, who put the two-time NBA champion on the same page with Golden State Warriors, Kevin Durant, with current Lakers player.
After doing an analysis of both players based on statistics, Smith opined that when it comes to comparing and saying who the current best player in the NBA is, there is no gap between LeBron and Durant., which enraged Kendrick Perkins, who knew how to play some games with the King in Cleveland Cavaliers.

Perkins, far from taking the journalist’s statements seriously, launched an epic phrase: “The gap is so big that it’s like the gap between Stephen A. Smith’s hairline and his eyebrows.” Then, being more realistic, Kendrick listed KD as the best scorer of all time, but Bron is one of a kind.
No doubt that Kevin Durant is one of the best scorers in history, but it is clear that LeBron James is one step above in every aspect. While KD is recovering from a fatal injury, James will seek his fourth NBA ring with a third franchise, the Los Angeles Lakers.
