Why Rashford Martial took the penalty

Marcus Rashford declined the opportunity to seal his hat-trick from the penalty spot, telling BT what he said to his strike partner:

“A little, a little. I’m confident that Anthony will take it too. So no problem.

In one week, Marcus Rashford brought the country together to help the country’s most vulnerable, received 1 million signatures on the petition, received a City of Manchester Award and then scored a 16-minute hat trick in Europe.
