Castelnaudary. Young people stand out in Villeneuve-Tolosane

This weekend took place the first departmental youth tournament in Haute-Garonne to which Audois players were invited. This is the first CD31 departmental circuit tournament of the season.

Here are the results of the 5 young people from the Castelnaudary badminton club registered on this first weekend of competition in Villeneuve-Tolosane among the 120 or so participants. First of all Quentin Pons in the minimal P category who emerges as the winner of his competition coached by Rémi Vercruysse, trainer of the BCCA.

Also Timothé Peretti in the minimal D category who unfortunately loses in the final and therefore finishes second. Then Samuel Fischer in the cadet category D will go to the quarterfinals.

Finally Clovis Darchy in the cadet D category and Olivier Lemoine in the Junior P category will not reach the final tables in a hotly contested competition but will have given everything!

We warmly congratulate them all and encourage them to continue to invest and commit to defend the colors of our beautiful town of Castelnaudary and the BCCA! Congratulations to everybody.
