Yesterday Melo told you the Titans moved Vic Beasley to the non-football injury list. It was because he had failed his physique. If you’re not familiar with the timeline, once Beasley finally reported last week, he had to take 3 COVID tests in 4 days before taking his physical exam. He obviously passed these tests but not his physique.
It gets a little complicated after that. They put him on the non-football injury list – which by the name suggests he has an injury. Allan Bell had this report:
I’m told Vic Beasley’s physical failure is nothing more than additional conditioning #Titans may come out of him as he begins his career with the club.
Few bright and early morning sessions should clear it all up.

It makes me wonder how subjective the physical is. We’ve heard in the past of a running test where a guy had to do a certain number of sprints within a certain amount of time. Is it the same for each group of positions? Honestly, I don’t know the answer to this.
There’s still a long time to go before a football game is played, but I’m not very happy with Beasley’s prospects at this point. I hope he will change his mind.
