Juventus parted ways with Blaise Matuidi based on mutual consent.

BOLASPORT.COM – Juventus reported that they had separated from French midfielder Blaise Matuidi based on mutual consent.

The news was broadcast by Juventus in a statement released on the club’s official website on Wednesday (12/8/2020).

After three years together, Blaise Matuidi ended his journey with Juventus in the 2020 summer transfer market.

During his black-and-white uniform, Matuidi helped the Old Lady win five trophies, namely three Italian Leagues, one Coppa Italia and one Italian Super Cup.

“The French midfielder left Juventus after three years and won five trophies with Juventus,” said the statement as quoted by BolaSport.com from Juventus’ official website.

“With our colors on his back, he fights and plays with all his heart in every game, puts constant pressure on opponents, and so fluently puts the ball into action.”

“After three years and winning five titles (three Italian Leagues, one Coppa Italia and one Italian Super Cup), Blaise Matuidi and Juventus said goodbye to the consensual termination of the player’s contract,” wrote Juventus added.

In addition to announcing his farewell with Matuidi, Juventus also gave goodbye and prayers for the 33-year-old player.
