Players aged 19 and over have been released, with Angel Gomes, Demetri Mitchell, Cameron Borthwick-Jackson, Kieran O’Hara and Dion McGhee among those who split from United.

The club is undergoing a reshuffle of its youth teams, welcoming new players such as Marc Jurado from Barcelona and Joe Hugill from Sunderland this summer.
