Since Vincent Kompany returned to RSC Anderlecht last summer, the Red Devil has had quite a few ups and downs. As a player-manager, Kompany also decides on the arrival of players. Last summer he hit the ball completely wrong, it has now turned out.
A year ago, Kompany pushed hard for the arrival of Kemar Roofe. Kompany saw a type-Agüero in the attacker, but Roofe could never convince the Purple & White. He turned out to be a huge miscast. Now the English striker has already left for the Scottish Rangers.
When hiring Roofe, which cost about 6 million euros, Kompany made a very painful mistake. At Anderlecht they still don’t believe their eyes when they think back to it.
