BROOKS’-SIDE?
Everton, Tottenham and West Ham are ready Liverpool battle for £ 35 million by David Brooks. The Bournemouth midfielder – so impressive last season – has barely appeared this season from injury, but he is undoubtedly good enough to stay in the Premier League following the relegation of the Cherries.

Liverpool are looking for a replacement for Adam Lallana following his move to Brighton, and Brooks – with his talent and versatility – represents an interesting proposition for Jurgen Klopp. But the Reds are unlikely to want to shell out the £ 35 million that was quoted, with reduced-price deals ordering the transfer window for Michael Edwards ahead of the new season.

This opens the door to other Premier League pretenders vying for his signing, according to Daily Star. The Welshman would improve most of the teams in the top flight.
