It has already been reported that the State Revenue Service (SRS) has revealed large amounts of envelope salaries in the football club “Ventspils”. TV3 reported that the status of the person against whom criminal proceedings had been instituted in this case was attributed to similar crimes in Moldova, the president of the Ventspils football club Shishhanov, former club director Andrei Butrik, club manager Nikolai Djakkin and finance director Sergei Usa.
