It’s the last weekend of seeding matches within the Disney World bubble and Saturday night’s action will conclude with a match between two of the league’s brightest stars, as Giannis Antetokounmpo will lead the Milwaukee Bucks against Luka Doncic and the Dallas. Mavericks.
The Bucks took top spot in the Eastern Conference last time with a huge comeback win against the Miami Heat, and as such they don’t have much to play for at this point. They’ll just have to make sure they stay healthy as they finish these latest seeding games.
As for the Mavericks, they are stuck in seventh place in the Western Conference, and it’s hard to see them come out of that spot. They are still technically within reach of the sixth, but sitting two and a half games behind the Thunder with four games to play, they will need to be near perfect and get help.

Bucks: Milwaukee entered the bubble as a clear favorite for the Eastern Conference win, but so far it hasn’t been super impressive. However, the Bucks took the top spot in the East, and are coming off a comeback in the second half against the Heat where they all looked like themselves before the shutdown. There isn’t much for them to play for now, other than just keep coming back to the beat. The most important thing in the latest seeding games is to stay healthy.
Mavericks: Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis were great inside the bubble, but it didn’t translate into many wins. The Mavericks are 1-3 in Orlando, and they are practically stuck in the No. 7 at this point. Technically they can still take the Thunder for sixth place, but they are two and a half games behind with four to play for each team, so it seems unlikely. If they want any chance, they will have to score an upset over the Bucks, but it won’t be easy.
