I was 14 percent, which is a lot for a runner, and at the same time we noticed that my trainer’s blood sugar was skyrocketing. A test device showed all values ​​completely red, and my trainer Leif had to see a doctor. He told him that he had to lose weight. We weren’t really healthy back then.
