UFC on ESPN 14 bonuses: Six fighters receive bonuses in the last Fight Island event

Four is the default number for post-fight UFC bonuses. But the promotion was generous for the last episode of the Fight Island series UFC on ESPN 14 on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.

Six fighters took home an additional $ 50,000 “Achievement of the Night” bonuses after the event on Saturday: Tanner Boser, Tom Aspinall, Jesse Ronson, Khamzat Chimaev, Fabricio Werdum and Paul Craig.

Of course, all of the fighters performed impressively. Perhaps most notably, Chimaev was the first to score two UFC victories in 10 days and beat newcomer Rhys McKee in the first round after being submitted to UFC on ESPN 13 in the second round, giving him an additional $ 50,000 -Dollar brought in.

Elsewhere, Boser Raphael Pessoa stopped with a big blow in the second round of her preliminary card fight. Heavyweight newcomer Tom Aspinall only needed 45 seconds to stop Jake Collier. Ronson won his first octagon win in his career after three setback setbacks. Craig pulled another rabbit out of his hat with a triangular choke from Gadzhimurad Antigulov, his fifth octagon by template. And ex-champion Werdum locked the three-time light heavyweight title challenger Alexander Gustafsson with one arm to complete his UFC contract and possibly his octagonal career.
