The Raiders’ new $ 1.9 billion stadium in Las Vegas will not open until the end of the month, which could actually be a good thing for the team, as they are probably still trying to find their way into their another new installation.

In addition to the stadium, the Raiders are also getting a $ 75 million training facility in Nevada, and the facility opened for the first time in late June. The Raiders used drone imagery to preview their new headquarters this week, and let’s just say that the facility definitely looks like an upgrade from what they had in Oakland.

The facility, which is located about 15 miles southeast of Vegas in Henderson, Nevada, is absolutely monstrous. The new building, which will be known as the Intermountain Healthcare Performance Center, will give the Raiders 335,000 square feet of space to work with, according to NBC Sports.

Of this total, 150,000 square feet will be used on the team’s indoor training grounds. As things can get hot in Nevada, the Raiders have built a field and a half of indoor football so that the team can move things inside during the hot Vegas summers.

Raiders general manager Mike Mayock is already a big fan of the new facility.

“It’s a beautiful building,” said Mayock recently, via the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “It’s hard to say, and honestly, I still have to get used to it because it’s so big and so different from what we’re used to. But it’s amazing.”

Mayock and the rest of the team staff will benefit from a 135,000 square foot office on three floors. This space will include a balcony that will allow Mayock and others to watch the team while training outdoors.

The Raiders also built a cavernous weight room, and you can see some photos of it by clicking on the tweet below.

Apparently, $ 75 million can buy you a lot in Nevada.
