The Premier League formalized this Wednesday’s “summer” transfer window this year. The championship was based on the recommendations of UEFA and therefore chose to establish its transfer period from 27 July to 5 October. Then, until October 16, Premier League clubs will be able to sell, lend, or buy players to clubs in the lower divisions, but not to each other.
