Dario Gjergja has extended his contract with basketball champion Ostend by 5 years. He has been the team’s head coach since 2011.
Dario Gjergja and Ostend, the combination has been equivalent to honor metal in recent years. Last season he became champion with the club for the 9th time in a row and he also adds 6 cups.
So it is logical that Ostend wanted to extend the contract of the Croatian Belgian, by 5 years. The triple Coach of the Year will continue to combine Ostend with his job at the Belgian Lions in the coming years, where he has been national coach since 2018.
