Sky Sports makes an announcement before Leicester City’s major final clash with Man United

The last game of the Leicester City season has been selected for coverage of Sky Sports.

Brendan Rodgers’ men have a nervous ending in their Champions League football game, playing Manchester United’s four rivals at home on the last day.

Cities are currently in fifth place, a place in the Europa League, and if they want to move up to the top four, they will probably need to win.

A win would guarantee them the top four regardless of the results elsewhere, while a draw would be enough if Chelsea lost to the wolves on the last day.

Still stuck on the big last day, fans will be delighted to hear that the all-important clash between City and Man United has been selected for coverage on Sky Sports.

All games are expected to be shown on Sky Sports and BT Sport, but the last Fox day will be the main feature of the first with coverage starting at 3:00 am before the 4:00 pm kickoff.

When the two teams met earlier in the season, Rodgers’ men lost 1-0 to United at Old Trafford and this is a result they cannot afford if they want to finish in the Champions League.

The city has been in poor shape since the restart, winning only twice in nine games in all competitions.

But the shape tends to have little importance on the last day and Rodgers’ men will no doubt treat it as a cup final as they try to return to the most important European competition.
